Dear all,
As I’m starting an office internship in the days to come where I will be working with Windows 7 and MS Office 2013, I was wondering if you could recommend audio or written tutorials on using these programmes with JAWS. Unfortunately, I’m still running Windows XP on my laptop, so I thought doing some reading beforehand wouldn’t harm at all, so I know from work day one what settings to make in Windows and/or MS Office in order to be able to work most efficiently.
Many thanks for your help in advance.
Freedom Scientific has some.
You have a tutorial right in the program too.
In the Jaws help section, you can find popular applications with Jaws, and Office is in there.
Microsoft's tutorial is also inside of Office, and is a good reference to read.
The keystrokes and such are the ones you need for Jaws.
If you've used Office before, you'll find much of what you know works even with 7 and 2013.
Start by going to the Microsoft site, and typing in the search box, something like Keystrokes for, and whatever program you are wanting to know about.
I'm pretty sure that there are also some daisy training programs in the JAWS training section that might give you what you're looking for as well.
